Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Fittings

  • Ensure a professional and inviting studio atmosphere.
  • Conduct fittings in accordance with the Alteration Specialists standards.
  • Foster relationships with clients, influencers, brands, and stylists.
  • Make every client feel valued and confident in the capabilities of you and your team.

Production and Sewing

  • Consistently meet personal production goals.
  • Develop expertise in alterations for menswear, womenswear, bridal attire, and challenging fabrics.

Process Improvement

  • Continuously assess and enhance inefficient processes to optimize operations.
  • Communicate any re-alterations to the front desk.
  • Monitor and document production throughout the day, ensuring accuracy with the front desk.

Qualifications
