About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As a key member of our customer success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer growth and adoption of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes from our products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers to ensure they are getting the most value from our products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing customers to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of experience in customer success or account management, with a proven track record of driving customer growth and adoption.
  • Experience working with complex SaaS products and understanding of enterprise customer needs.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and develop insights to inform customer success strategies.
  • Experience with CRM tools, such as Gainsight or Salesforce, and ability to leverage data to drive customer success.
