About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC). As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic planning, marketing initiatives, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners, and increase sales revenue through effective marketing and sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing plans, including social media, email marketing, and event marketing, to promote the IICRC brand and services.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate team performance, set goals and objectives, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure team members are meeting expectations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience, with a proven track record of business growth and revenue increase.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
