Join Exxelia's Team as a Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to drive Exxelia's growth in the medical manufacturing sector across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customer design engineers to develop tailored product solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and analytics to inform new product decisions and drive business growth.
  • Evaluate opportunities and assess manufacturing challenges, price points, and customized requests.
  • Support Business Development Managers with quotation development and pricing negotiations.
  • Engage with sales reps and distributors to drive sales opportunities and target key accounts.
  • Work with internal design engineering teams to evaluate new custom designs and conduct competitive analysis.
  • Travel to visit customers and vendors as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior sales, executive, or leadership role with a proven track record of driving medical device business growth.
  • Experience collaborating with customers to solve complex design challenges and promote products.
  • Strong technical rapport-building skills, ability to understand customer applications, and recommend design solutions.
  • Exceptional leadership skills in cross-functional teams and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
