Element Development LLC is seeking a seasoned maintenance professional to oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance for our hospitality and restaurant properties in Niagara Falls, New York.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and protocols to ensure properties are properly maintained and all equipment is in good working condition.
- Lead and manage a team of maintenance professionals to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Maintain and update records of maintenance activities, including expenses, inventory, and work orders.
- Develop and manage budgets for maintenance and repair projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and requirements.
- Collaborate with property management and corporate senior leadership to identify and implement cost-saving strategies and process improvements.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Proficient knowledge in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC and general repairs.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salary: $52,000 to $58,000 per year, paid weekly.
