Job Summary:
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual to lead our front desk operations, ensuring top-notch customer service and efficient daily operations. As a Front Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to oversee a team of front desk agents and work closely with other departments to create a seamless guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the front desk team, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and efficient daily operations.
- Collaborate with other departments to create a seamless guest experience, including room assignments, check-in and check-out processes, and resolving guest issues promptly.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk management/supervisory operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of front desk agents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office, with a strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
