Job Description

As a Front Desk Agent, your primary responsibility will be to greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude, creating a positive first impression. You will efficiently handle check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Additionally, you will provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you should have high school diploma or equivalent, prior cash handling experience, exceptional communication skills, and very good computer skills. You should also be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and have strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask.

Compensation
