**Deliver Exceptional Guest Experiences as a Front Office Manager**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk team at The Historic Davenport Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service and efficient daily operations.
Job Summary:- Oversee front desk operations, including managing human resources functions, customer service, and daily operations.
- Maintain a skilled and motivated workforce by providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel front desk management/supervisory operations or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- A customer service-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
