The Construction Project Engineer will operate on-site as part of the Project Management Team, overseeing contract initiation, documentation submissions, supporting the bidding process, managing change orders, and assisting in project scheduling.

The composition of the Project Management Team may vary based on project scale and complexity, influencing the range of responsibilities assigned to the Construction Project Engineer.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate flexibility and adaptability, along with strong communication and client service abilities.


Required Qualifications for the Construction Project Engineer:


1-3 years of experience in preparing documentation such as RFIs and client communications related to contract notification requirements.

1-3 years of experience in interpreting construction plans and technical specifications associated with those plans. Capable of outlining specifications necessary for client submissions and ensuring approval of submittals and shop drawings.
1-3 years of experience in project completion processes.
Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
