  • Ensure compliance with project budgets
  • Provide updates on project status to management
  • Effectively handle project closeout procedures

Quality Assurance

  • Supervise construction expenses, estimations, and scheduling
  • Analyze technical documents and blueprints

Safety Management

  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and regulations on site

Operational Management

  • Coordinate field operations and material logistics
  • Maintain communication with the project superintendent
  • Engage with local authorities and utility providers

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred

Professional Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and techniques

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities

Driver's License Requirement: Yes

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with construction methods and materials
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans
  • First Aid certification
