As a Construction Project Leader, you will take charge of planning, executing, and finalizing commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Formulate comprehensive project plans that outline scope, schedule, and budget. Establish project objectives, deliverables, and milestones to steer project execution.
- Budget Management: Develop and oversee project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial control. Provide regular financial updates and address any budget-related issues.

Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a Project Manager role within commercial construction, demonstrating a successful track record in managing ground-up projects.
- Sector Knowledge: Experience in overseeing a diverse array of projects, including Office, Medical, K-12, Retail, and Restaurant facilities, is highly beneficial.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Capability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
