Primary Responsibilities

Project Scheduling

  • Formulate and maintain project budgets
  • Coordinate activities prior to construction
  • Facilitate project meetings and generate reports
  • Implement scheduling and quality assurance protocols
  • Collaborate with project teams effectively
  • Establish and sustain relationships with stakeholders
  • Administer all elements of construction projects
  • Ensure compliance with project budgets
  • Provide progress updates to management
  • Efficiently manage project closeout procedures

Quality Control

  • Supervise construction costs, estimation, and scheduling
  • Interpret and analyze technical documents and drawings

Safety Management

  • Enforce safety policies and procedures on-site

Operational Management

  • Coordinate field operations and material logistics
  • Maintain communication with the project superintendent
  • Engage with municipalities and utility providers

Qualifications & Skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred

Professional Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and methodologies

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Procore
  • Strong communication skills
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities

Driver's License: Required

Additional Requirements:

  • Familiarity with construction methods and materials
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings
  • First Aid certification
