Compensation
We are offering a competitive salary of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission and residual model based on performance. This role offers full health benefits, 401K match, and the opportunity to own a portfolio of clients.
Job Description
As an Outside Sales Account Executive for Xplor in Philadelphia, PA, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with small to medium-sized business owners. You will work closely with our team to onboard new businesses, manage your pipeline and day-to-day tasks using Salesforce, and prepare presentations and proposals using our electronic applications.
You will educate merchants and business owners on the payment processing industry, maintain regular communication with sales leadership, and close sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements.

- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience
- Valid current driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Hunter mentality, professional demeanor, impeccable integrity, and high sense of urgency
- Able to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking
