Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Pharmaceutical Sales Specialist to join our team at Alcon Vision, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the pharmaceutical market.
Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including physicians, practitioners, and other stakeholders in the pharmaceutical community.
- Develop and execute territory plans to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure that our products and services remain competitive and aligned with customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
- Technical learning and agility.
- High-energy, self-starter with a collaborative team player approach.
- Result-oriented with a strong drive to make it happen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
