Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with PDG's sales and client services teams and clients to define business objectives and develop effective solutions.
  2. Guide clients through goal definition and needs identification using problem-solving principles and experience.
  3. Create actionable solutions that solve client issues and link to performance outcomes.
  4. Analyze data and identify root causes/trends to create effective summaries and designs for clients.
  5. Plan and manage efforts to define organizational processes, capabilities, change management, application of key technologies, and performance metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in sales performance consulting, human performance technology, or change management.
  • 10+ years of sales and commercial leadership experience in the life sciences industries.
  • Expert-level facilitation skills and executive presence.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. This is a contract position, paid via 1099 or corp to corp, with potential for travel and client meetings.
