Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Partnership Marketing Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships and meticulous campaign execution at HotelTonight. The ideal candidate will spearhead our digital acquisition strategies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to amplify HotelTonight's presence and ensure optimal ROI through CPA and CPI partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead strategy, execution, and performance analysis of digital acquisition campaigns.
• Forge and nurture partnerships aligning with our efficiency and scaling goals, managing proposals and cross-functional team collaborations.
• Work closely with Engineering to launch new partnerships and sustain existing ones.
• Continuously analyze campaign data to identify and implement optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance to project and report campaign performance metrics.

Requirements:
• Proficient in affiliate marketing and digital campaign management.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Effective project management and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
• Experience with global affiliate campaigns that deliver massive scale and ROI.
• Experience with App Store Marketing, App Store Optimization preferred.
• Proven leadership capabilities, experience working with diverse cross-functional teams and managing workflows involving numerous parties.
