Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Further. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for cultivating and managing strategic relationships with Google, driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to define business priorities and execute initiatives.
- Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with Google, fostering alignment and driving business growth.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute a Google Partner Marketing plan, maximizing marketing funds and opportunities.
- Analyze and provide recommendations to support effective decision making around business unit strategy and internal priorities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years experience in a strategic role, demonstrating the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable plans.
- Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- A strong orientation towards outcomes, and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple work-streams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills– able to synthesize complex details into accessible and precise insights.
What You'll Need to Accomplish in Your First Year:
- Establish trust with key Google stakeholders that turn into strategic relationships.
- Help enhance and mature newly established Google-related processes (communication, funding, governance, etc.).
- Implement clear standards for submitting marketing plans, funding plans and track processes, such as consumption.
