Position Overview
Step into an exciting role as a Technical Account Manager (TAM) at CoreView. In this position, you will play a vital role in transforming how IT teams oversee their Microsoft 365 environments. Your responsibilities will include cultivating strong technical partnerships with designated accounts and working closely with customer stakeholders to craft compelling proposals and high-level designs that cater to their specific business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the overall technical relationship with assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with customer stakeholders to develop proposals and high-level designs.
  • Identify and analyze customer business and technical requirements for solution implementation.
  • Act as the technical representative in all internal sales meetings.
  • Draft Statements of Work (SOW) for all professional services engagements.
  • Contribute to the strategy for responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Independently implement platform features during pre-sales Proof of Concept (PoC) sessions and customer onboarding after purchase.
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding time allocation, revenue, billable activities, and services.
  • Track ongoing opportunities and associated services with the efforts of team members.
  • Facilitate technical discussions with customers to uncover potential sales opportunities for additional services or add-ons.

Qualifications

  • Proficient understanding of Microsoft 365 technologies.
  • Experience in creating and configuring Microsoft 365 tenants and Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
  • Knowledge of on-premises environments utilizing various Microsoft Active Directory and Exchange Server topologies.
  • Understanding of Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity principles.
  • Strong grasp of Automation and Orchestration technologies.
  • Broad technology background with a focus on data center technologies and familiarity with cloud hyper-scalers.
  • Aptitude for analyzing complex business and technical challenges and formulating solution proposals.
  • Relevant educational background or work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presence in meetings and peer leadership.
  • Proficiency in French and/or German is a plus.
