Role Summary:

Sagitec Solutions is in search of a Senior Business Systems Consultant to collaborate with systems development teams, architects, and client stakeholders within our pension sector. This position entails spearheading business and system analysis for clients aiming to enhance or modernize their existing business processes and systems utilizing Sagitec's NeospinTM Pension product suite. You will play a crucial role in the design, testing, and deployment of the system to develop a solution that meets our clients' specific business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and collaborate with clients, development, and testing teams throughout the design, development, testing, and deployment phases of a solution.
  • Establish a vision for the configuration and customization of product features based on client specifications.
  • Lead discussions with client subject matter experts (SMEs) to clarify and validate business requirements for solution configuration.
  • Facilitate meetings with both Sagitec and client team members.
  • Conduct functional analysis of the client's current business processes and related documentation.
  • Translate business requirements into system capabilities and product configurations.
  • Oversee the creation of business analysis deliverables and product configuration designs.
  • Communicate effectively with technical teams for the ongoing implementation of the solution.
  • Assist, and at times lead, the preparation of test cases and related deliverables.
  • Execute activities related to production rollout.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials and conduct training sessions for system end users.
  • Monitor project progress and provide status updates to Sagitec management.
  • Support development teams in product configuration and customization efforts.
  • Assist quality assurance in testing product configurations.
  • Provide support to end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and throughout the maintenance and support agreements.
  • Ensure the delivery of module functionality and solutions to clients throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • This role may involve occasional travel to client locations.
  • Work hours will align with the Pacific Time Zone.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in a Business Implementation role focused on the design, development, and deployment of large-scale solutions.
  • Prior experience in leading and mentoring junior Business Analysts.
  • Experience in evaluating business requirements and collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical analysts (TAs) to translate them into product configurations.
  • Familiarity with BPMN and UI prototype development.
  • Demonstrated ability to define task plans, manage time effectively across multiple project activities, and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to driving assigned tasks to completion within set timelines.
  • Analytical approach to tasks with a focus on identifying solutions to root causes.
  • Experience with various implementation methodologies (e.g., AGILE, waterfall).
  • Understanding of entity relationships and data structures.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to convey technical solutions to non-technical personnel.
  • Proven ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Experience in facilitating meetings and presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work within a team environment, while also being self-motivated to achieve results with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to establish working relationships with diverse groups of individuals.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Management, Mathematics, Business, or a related field is preferred; a master's degree is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong preference for experience with pension administration or benefits claims systems.
  • Experience with CASE tools, including rules engines (logical rules and decision tables) and business intelligence.
  • Experience in financial transaction management (e.g., General Ledger, billing, fund allocation).
  • Proficiency in SQL or querying data structures.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOpsTM.
  • Experience with product implementations, particularly in product configuration.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, ECBA, or PMI-PBA are advantageous.
