Key Responsibilities- Lead Technical Pre/Post-Sales Relationship: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Design and Implement Technical Architectures: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical architectures that meet client needs and drive business success.
- Present Technical Solutions: Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to clients, ensuring they understand the value proposition and implementation requirements.
- Develop and Maintain Technical Resources: Create and maintain technical resources, including API documentation, reference architectures, and reference implementations, to support client success.
- Own Technical Relationships: Establish and maintain strong technical relationships with clients, ensuring seamless integration and issue resolution.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Technical Trends: Continuously update knowledge on the latest product features, dependencies, and architecture to effectively map solutions to client requirements.
- 5+ Years of Pre/Post-Sales Experience: Proven track record in pre/post-sales roles, including sales engineering, solutions engineering, customer success engineering, or consulting.
- Strong Technical Expertise: In-depth understanding of APIs, databases, and developer tools, with experience working with engineers and project managers on implementation, testing, and customization of API-based SaaS products.
- Enterprise SaaS Experience: Familiarity with Enterprise SaaS, data analytics, payments, and/or ML/AI technologies, with a strong understanding of their applications and implications.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Ability to structure problems, identify critical issues, and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- High Initiative and Attention to Detail: Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
