Job Overview

Position Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering feedback from the user community and translating it into actionable requirements by collaborating closely with product owners and technical leads. Regular participation in scrums and synchronization meetings with product owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) is essential. The individual will oversee the MARS requirements, ensuring they are communicated effectively to product owners, enabling technical developers to grasp the necessary information.

The contractor will work directly with MARS product owners to ensure alignment with the program's strategic objectives and overarching business needs. This includes reviewing and adjusting the product backlog in collaboration with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to define the desired course of action. Additionally, the contractor will establish a centralized digital repository for all requirements-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize MARS requirements, ensuring clarity and comprehensibility for technical developers.
  • Facilitate communication between user communities and technical teams to enhance understanding of requirements.
  • Maintain strategic alignment with the program's business objectives through regular reviews of the product backlog.

Qualifications:

Education:

A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.

Experience:

A minimum of 8 years of experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community (IC) is required. Previous experience as an IC analyst is highly preferred.

Security Clearance:

This role necessitates a TOP SECRET clearance and eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
