About the Role

T-Rex Solutions, LLC is seeking a seasoned Customer Success Manager to lead our Cloud Solutions team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and success across our cloud-based IT infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Project Management: Oversee the delivery of cloud-based IT infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Technical Requirements: Evaluate and determine technical requirements for cloud-based solutions, assigning technical delivery managers to manage projects.
  • Communication: Provide regular updates to customers on new and improved service offerings, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Success Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer satisfaction, adoption, and issue resolution.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: At least ten (10) years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong background in cloud-based IT infrastructure.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Federal Government contracting and experience leading customer-facing federal contract teams.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive experience with cloud offerings from AWS, Azure, and Google, with the ability to explain the relative value of different cloud components or utilities.
  • Leadership Skills: Effective team leadership skills, including risk management, skill development, task prioritization, performance management, and mentoring/coaching of cross-functional team members.
  • Certifications: PMP certification and Agile certification a plus.
