Job Overview

Role Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for gathering insights from the user community and translating them into actionable requirements by collaborating closely with product owners and technical leads. Regular participation in scrums and synchronization meetings with product owners and subject matter experts (SMEs) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organize the MARS requirements to ensure they are communicated effectively to product owners, facilitating a clear understanding for technical developers.
  • Work in tandem with MARS product owners to ensure alignment with the overarching business objectives of the program.
  • Review and adjust the product backlog in collaboration with product owners, technical leads, and stakeholders to maintain a desired course of action.
  • Create a centralized digital platform for managing requirements activities.

Qualifications:

Education:

A bachelor’s degree is required, or an equivalent of four additional years of relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Experience:

Minimum of 8 years of experience within the Department of Defense (DoD) or the Intelligence Community (IC) is required. Previous experience as an IC analyst is highly preferred.

Security Clearance:

This position necessitates a TOP SECRET clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility and a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
