Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated professional to take charge of financial analysis related to revenue, costs, and margins, supporting the Business Unit and corporate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough financial analysis on forecasts and operational outcomes.
2. Monitor, track, and evaluate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance metrics to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
3. Provide essential financial insights to the General Manager and Business Unit leaders regarding variances in purchase prices, labor and overhead expenditures, production discrepancies, scrap rates, and other critical financial indicators to help achieve robust financial objectives.
4. Develop strong analytical skills and effectively manage complex tasks, including month-end closing, financial forecasting for the business unit, and annual operational budgeting.
5. Oversee inventory management, accounts receivable, and payable to ensure alignment with the company's financial goals.
6. Analyze excess and obsolete inventory, collaborating with the business unit leadership to secure timely customer purchase orders.
7. Conduct annual physical inventory checks and work with the warehouse and inventory teams for variance reconciliation.
8. Collaborate with the engineering team to prepare quarterly capital expenditure budgets and advise on the timely capitalization, impairment, and disposal of fixed assets.
9. Ensure financial reporting adheres to US GAAP and SOX compliance, maintaining the integrity and documentation of all financial reports related to operations.
10. Liaise with Business Unit Leaders, Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Internal Auditors, and External Auditors.
11. Assist the Director/VP of Finance with special projects as required.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 4-7 years of diverse financial experience.

Required Skills:
- Financial and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment or audit experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English.

Required Training:
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, as well as profitability analysis.

Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
- Understanding of the manufacturing sector.
- Ability to foster teamwork.
- Results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent planning and prioritization skills.
- Highly developed analytical capabilities.
