Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated individual to oversee financial analysis (revenue, cost, and margin) that supports the Business Unit and corporate reporting. This role involves coordinating and managing accounting functions while preparing monthly financial reports for the Business Unit and relevant internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct financial analysis on forecasts and operational outcomes.
2. Monitor, evaluate, and analyze business unit revenue and performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to identify discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
3. Provide critical financial insights to the General Manager and Business Unit team leaders regarding variances in purchase prices, labor and overhead expenditures, production variances, scrap rates, and other essential financial and performance metrics to drive successful financial outcomes.
4. Develop strong analytical skills and prioritize complex tasks, including month-end closing, quarterly and monthly financial P&L forecasts, and Annual Operation Budgeting (AOP).
5. Manage inventory, accounts receivable, and payable for the respective business unit to ensure asset efficiency aligns with company objectives.
6. Track and analyze excess and obsolete inventory, collaborating closely with the business unit leadership to secure timely customer purchase orders.
7. Conduct annual physical inventory counts and work with the warehouse and inventory teams for variance reconciliation.
8. Collaborate with the engineering team to establish quarterly CAPEX budgets and advise the fixed asset team on timely capitalization, impairment, and disposal of fixed assets.
9. Ensure financial reporting aligns with US GAAP and SOX compliance, maintaining the integrity and documentation of all financial reporting related to the operations team.
10. Liaise with Business Unit Leaders, Corporate Finance, Supply Chain, Internal Auditors, and External Auditors.
11. Assist the Director/VP of Finance with special projects as required.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 4-7 years of diverse financial experience.

Required Skills:
- Financial and accounting experience in a manufacturing environment or audit experience.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Fluent in English.

Required Training:
- Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, profitability analysis.

Competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
- Understanding of the manufacturing environment.
- Strong teamwork and results-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
