Job Summary

**Financial Business Partner**

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our team at Fabrinet West. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and support to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform financial analysis on forecast and operating results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor and track business unit revenue and performance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and communicate critical financial insights to senior management and business unit leaders to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Manage inventory, accounts receivable, and payable positions to ensure optimal asset utilization.
  • Perform annual physical inventory and work with the warehouse and inventory team to reconcile variances.
  • Collaborate with the business unit engineering team to provide quarterly CAPEX budget and advise on fixed asset capitalization, impairment, and disposal.
  • Ensure financial reporting aligns with US GAAP and SOX compliance, and maintain accurate documentation of all financial reporting.
  • Liaise with business unit leaders, corporate finance, supply chain, internal auditor, and external auditors to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
  • 4-7 years of diversified financial experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment or audit.
  • Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English.
  • Knowledge of financial and accounting principles, profitability analysis, and ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
