About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). As a key member of our partnership development team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our strategic partnerships across the EMEA market and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and revenue for our strategic partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partner executives and AWS account teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage partner onboarding and development plans to ensure successful partnership growth
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with partner relationships
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue in a partnership development role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience with cloud computing and AWS products and services is a plus
