Job Description

Aurigo Software Technologies is seeking a results-driven Senior Partnerships Manager to lead the growth and success of our partner ecosystem. This role will play a critical part in building strategic relationships, expanding market reach, and driving revenue through our partner network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Identify, qualify, and recruit high-value partners aligned with Aurigo's strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement partner onboarding and enablement programs to ensure partner success.
  • Translate Aurigo's solutions into business value for partners and drive sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B partnership development or a related field, with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze program performance and utilize data to optimize partner strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
