Position Overview:
Accion is seeking a mission-oriented, seasoned, dependable, and detail-focused Senior Administrative Coordinator. This role serves as the primary point of contact for two Executive Leaders, overseeing their schedules and facilitating communications with both internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is highly self-driven, professional, and adept at managing their workload while prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex schedules, including both business and personal calendars.
• Respond promptly to urgent requests.
• Arrange meetings via telephone, videoconference, and in-person.

• Organize travel arrangements and itineraries for domestic and international trips, including detailed agendas, accommodations, flights, dining, and transportation.

• Prepare, compile, and proofread briefing materials and agendas for executive meetings as required.
• Maintain an electronic filing system and facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Assist in tracking and signing essential documents.
• Serve as a friendly and accessible point of contact for all parties interacting with the Executive Office.
• Collaborate with staff to streamline communication of Executive Office directives.

• Support the coordination of regular Senior Management, Management, all-staff, and cross-departmental meetings, preparing agendas, notes, and minutes as needed; handle expense reports and invoice payments.

• Edit and translate documents as necessary.

• Occasional travel (up to once quarterly) for domestic and international offsite meetings, staff retreats, or Board engagements, managing all logistics as required.

• Provide support for special projects as needed.
• Offer backup assistance to DC office administration (shipping, mailing, file storage, workspace reservations, etc.)

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and track assignments while providing organizational support for high-level executives.
• Excellent communication skills, including strong oral and written English proficiency, with the ability to convey ideas effectively.
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust planning capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of high-level/executive administrative support experience; or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and troubleshoot effectively.
• Proficient in collaboration and delegation of responsibilities.
• Capable of interacting effectively with diverse individuals in international and multicultural settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
$70K - $100K

The salary range serves as a general guideline.

Accion considers various factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's experience, education, training, skills, location, current market conditions, and internal pay alignment.

Accion offers a comprehensive compensation package, including base salary, discretionary merit-based bonuses, and a variety of benefits such as health insurance (90% employer funded), life and disability insurance, retirement plans (up to 7.5% employer match), paid holidays, and paid time off for vacation, personal days, and sick leave.
