Sales and Business Development Leader

Premier MP is looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Midwest region. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a sales plan to drive growth in the rare disease market.
Key Responsibilities- Develop key performance indicators and goal-setting processes to measure sales success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit and hire top-performing Regional Directors and Therapeutic Specialists.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in biotech/pharma sales and leadership.
- Experience in building out top-performing Regional Directors and Therapeutic Specialists.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in launching biotech/pharma products, preferably in pulmonary and infectious diseases. A history of successful launches as a second-line leader is essential. The estimated salary for this role is around $140,000 per year.
