About the Opportunity:
Premier MP is a premier biotech/pharma company seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Midwest region. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the area, developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with the company's national objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales plan to maximize sales growth in the current rare disease market.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team in the industry.
- Foster an entrepreneurial culture with a focus on ownership and accountability.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of key sales enablers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
- Successful product launch experience as a second-line sale leader.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience with a proven record of success.
- Experience in building out top-performing Regional Directors and Therapeutic Specialists.
- Strong business relationships in the Pulmonary and/or Infectious Disease community highly desired.
Estimated Salary Range:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
