Medical Office Coordinator

Binson's Hospital Supplies Inc. is seeking an experienced Medical Office Coordinator to join our team in Sterling Heights, MI.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process and manage patient information, including insurance details and personal data.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all necessary authorizations prior to order generation and item dispensing.
- Coordinate with customers to arrange pick-up times for received products.
- Maintain organized workspaces and ensure efficient processing of orders.
- Clean and maintain the customer waiting area to provide a welcoming environment.
Key Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Multitasking and organizational abilities are vital in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer software and data entry is necessary for accurate record-keeping.
- Prior experience in a medical office setting is highly desirable but not mandatory.
