About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Branch Office Administrator. As a key member of our branch team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional client service and supporting our financial advisors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver personalized service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work closely with financial advisors to develop and implement business plans that drive growth and success.
  • Identify opportunities to create efficiency and improve processes within the branch.

**Requirements:**

  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in current office technology and willing to learn new systems.

**Compensation and Benefits:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $23.25 - $30.19 per hour, based on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan and paid time off.
