Job Overview:

Dream Fashion by Noor is seeking a highly skilled Retail Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office, including appointment management, inventory control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client appointments and ensure efficient scheduling and allocation of resources.
  • Supervise office operations, including inventory management and administrative tasks.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with sales and support teams to streamline processes and optimize workflow.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, inventory levels, and product deliveries.
  • Identify areas for improvement in office procedures and implement efficient solutions.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to inform decision-making and improve operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with ability to prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in office software (Excel) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Previous experience in operations management, preferably in a high-volume retail or service-oriented environment.
  • Must be on time, have reliable transportation, and have leadership ability.

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on experience and location.
