Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Sterling, VA. This role comes with a salary of $21.00+ per hour, DOE.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Track new orders from receipt to delivery.
- Maintain organized files, scanned documents, and uploaded records.
- Generate shipping documentation and prepare products for shipment.
- Create and manage work folders and perform general office duties.
- Prepare and distribute invoices and assist with quote generation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in providing excellent office-based customer service.
- Ability to support managers, supervisors, and other administrators effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Business telephone etiquette.
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Intuitive relationship-building skills with customers and colleagues.
- Attention to detail.
- Primary language: English; secondary language (German, Spanish, etc.) preferred.
- High School diploma or GED.
- SAP experience is a plus.
