Job Title: Human Capital Management Analyst I

Patrona Corporation is a leading provider of program management, engineering, and strategic planning services to the U.S. government. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Capital Management Analyst to join our team in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.

Job Summary:

The Human Capital Management Analyst will provide critical support to our PEO IWS contract, working closely with our program management team to analyze and improve human capital operations. This role requires a strong understanding of business and technical fields, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide human capital management support, including talent management, workforce planning, and HR operations analysis.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in human capital operations.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve human capital management processes and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with program management team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis.
  • High School Degree and 7 years of experience in management, operations research analysis, or human capital assessment and analysis.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
