We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at Viceroy Hotel Group.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives and improve employee engagement.
  • Lead recruitment and hiring activities, including interview coordination, candidate screening, and onboarding.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate personnel records and ensure compliance with federal and local employment laws.
  • Provide counseling and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement performance management processes.
  • Manage HRIS systems, data entry, and reporting to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, managers, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and local employment laws, including OSHA and workers' compensation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • SHRM or HRCI certification.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages.
