About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Gallman Consulting. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our company by fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development Strategy and Alignment: Collaborate with leadership to translate organizational development goals into actionable individual development plans, conduct training needs assessments, and maintain a company database for past and future training and developmental plans.
  • Performance Management Integration: Partner with managers to design performance review processes that integrate with individual development plans and employee career aspirations, analyze performance data, and provide insightful feedback.
  • Talent Acquisition and Retention: Attract, identify, and recruit top talent, develop and implement onboarding programs, and design programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent development programs
