Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning a large book of business, leading the process for inbound expansions, QBRs, proactive expansion strategy, and more. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a growing company and contribute to the evolution of our strategy.

Key ResponsibilitiesExpansion & Growth
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features, services, or products.
  • Develop and present proposals for expansion based on client needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive account growth and increase revenue.
Client Onboarding & Implementation
  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to operational use.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting and clients to understand their business objectives and tailor the implementation plan accordingly.
  • Collaborate with our GA Success team to provide comprehensive training and support during the implementation phase to ensure the successful adoption of our solutions.
Advocacy & Feedback
  • Act as the client's voice within GrowthAssistant, providing feedback to the Recruiting and GA Success teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Advocate for clients' needs and ensure they receive the support and resources necessary to achieve their goals.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and quarterly business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
Qualifications
  • Experience closing business and owning the relationship with key customers.
  • 2-3 years of experience owning a large book of business.
  • Experience with account prioritization.
  • Experience in staffing or marketing a big plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
