Position Summary:

The Account Leader (AL) plays a crucial role within the Go-to-Market Team, responsible for managing, nurturing, and expanding existing client relationships while ensuring the delivery of contracted services. This position is vital for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

In collaboration with the Regional Manager, the AL will also assist in enterprise sales initiatives, focusing on both the retention of current enterprise clients and the pursuit of new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Support: Deliver exceptional service to maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients in the designated region. Responsibilities include:
    • Executing the agreed-upon scope of work
    • Leading teams in the development and reassessment of water management strategies
    • Securing contract renewals and purchase orders
    • Conducting annual reviews of business performance
  • Revenue Growth: Implement strategies for expansion-selling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Margin Management: Collaborate with the RM to secure necessary price adjustments to meet or exceed profit expectations.
  • New Business Development: Partner with RM and Enterprise Sales executives to explore and cultivate new business opportunities while sustaining current client engagements.
  • Product Expertise: Stay informed about Phigenics products and services by working closely with the Senior Director of Sales Operations and other departments.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to support decision-making processes and track performance metrics, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Water Management Program Execution: Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to develop comprehensive water management programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related scientific field is required, with a preference for chemical, mechanical, or environmental engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales processes and a solid understanding of products and market dynamics.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to effectively engage with sales teams and clients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of service delivery processes.
  • Awareness of the client lifecycle to optimize product and service introductions.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development through structured training.
