Job Summary:

The Hilton La Jolla Torrey Pines is seeking a seasoned Culinary Director to lead our culinary team and drive exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and oversee all culinary operations, including menu development, food quality, and presentation.
  • Lead a high-performing team, focusing on productivity, performance, and employee development.
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and implement new menus and individual menu items based on current trends and regional tastes.
  • Monitor and assess guest satisfaction trends, evaluating and addressing issues to improve the overall guest experience.
