- Cost Control: Monitor and control food costs, ensuring that we are operating within budget and maintaining a high level of profitability.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meets our high standards of quality and safety.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with the Executive Chef, Food and Beverage Director, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 12-15 years of experience in kitchen operations, with a strong background in menu planning, food preparation, and team leadership.
- Certifications and Qualifications: A Food Handler Card and advanced courses or experience in kitchen administration.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
