Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop and implement menu concepts, recipes, and cooking techniques.
- Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality food presentation.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure the highest quality ingredients and products.
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses, inventory, and labor costs to maintain profitability.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable dining experiences.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Proven track record of leadership, team management, and culinary innovation.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
