Job OpportunityWe are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in the Builder Division. In this role, you will be responsible for selling carpet and hard surface floor covering to Builders, developing and maintaining positive customer relationships, and promoting and selling all Rite Rug flooring products and services.
Responsibilities• Sell carpet and hard surface floor covering to Builders
• Develop and maintain positive customer relationships
• Determine customer needs and match appropriately with Rite Rug products
• Reach and exceed Company directed performance goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
• A minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience in the flooring industry preferred
• Experience with the Builder industry is a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and problem solve
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
