National Accounts Growth Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to oversee the development and profitable growth of select national accounts including Walmart, Sam's Club, Meijer and select regional accounts. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a proven track record of growing topline sales while maintaining efficient distribution growth and trade planning strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering profitable sales growth by working closely with merchants to identify new business opportunities and implementing effective strategies
- Executing successful sales calls to generate increased business and introducing new products to market
- Advancing brands by following established sales call processes and promoting the value proposition of products to build sustainable partnerships
- Maintaining positive customer relationships and developing trade plans aligned with budgetary guidelines
The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
