About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Sales Lead to join our team at Ropeswing Hospitality Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and community engagement across our hospitality units.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing and sales principles, exceptional project management skills, and a passion for storytelling. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage our portfolio of websites, ensuring they remain visually compelling and user-friendly.
  • Create and execute engaging campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Monitor industry trends, customer insights, and competitive activity to inform sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with General Managers to create offerings that enhance experiences and align with revenue targets.
  • Provide regular reports on marketing and sales performance, analyzing key metrics to refine strategies and maximize impact.
