Electromechanical Assembly Technician

Join our team as an Electromechanical Assembly Technician, where your skills will contribute to the assembly of electronic circuit boards with a focus on quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and execute basic work instructions, diagrams, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate assembly of products.
- Assemble components through mechanical fastening of parts and subassemblies.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for mechanical assembly tasks.
- Work with a variety of materials, ranging from heavy components to delicate parts.
- Identify and report product defects to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle ESD-sensitive materials and equipment with care.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support team objectives.
This role requires adaptability, as team members may be called upon to assist in areas outside their usual expertise to achieve company goals.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
- Experience with hand tools, including ratchets, wrenches, and both battery and pneumatic tools.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 20 pounds regularly, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and work instructions.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.
