Position Overview:
As an Electromechanical Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly of various electromechanical products, including handling devices and robotic systems, ensuring adherence to technical specifications under supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble components using basic assembly techniques to meet quality standards.
- Operate hand tools, powered drivers, and torque wrenches effectively.
- Secure parts using fasteners such as bolts, screws, and rivets according to specifications.
- Identify and report potential quality issues to the team lead.
- Support shipping and receiving operations within the facility.

Work Environment:
This role primarily operates within a collaborative team setting, emphasizing safety and cleanliness. Responsibilities include punctuality, adherence to company policies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.

Team Collaboration:
Foster effective relationships with colleagues and management to achieve common goals and enhance teamwork.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
- Ability to work autonomously and maintain focus in a small group setting.
- Capability to lift and handle large components safely, with assistance as needed.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
- Previous experience with Forklifts is advantageous, though training will be provided.

Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities are necessary, including active listening and emotional control.
