Production Assembly Technicians

Metro Industrial Services is actively seeking skilled Assembly Workers for a prominent Automotive production facility. This role is a Temp/Contract to Direct hire opportunity.
Key Responsibilities- Assess the quality of components and materials utilized in the manufacturing process.
- Manage inventory of parts and tools essential for assembly tasks.
- Operate various machinery effectively.
- Inspect finished products for any defects.
- Maintain and service the tools used in production.
- Handle the loading and unloading of small components.
- Ensure a clean and organized workspace.
Hourly Rates:
1st Shift: $16.46
2nd Shift: $17.31
3rd Shift: $16.86
Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 10:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m.
Mandatory overtime may be required.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Physical stamina and strength for handling heavy machinery.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Capability to interpret and create technical documentation.
- Basic computer proficiency for tasks such as record keeping and inventory management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
- Successful completion of a Drug Screen.
- No felony convictions.
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
