Job Overview

We are looking for a full-time Tier II Support Engineer with at least 5 years of substantial hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver phone support and remote solutions for workstation challenges
  • Diagnose and resolve client system issues across a diverse range of technologies
  • Install new software and perform upgrades as needed
  • Implement service packs and security updates
  • Provide onsite assistance and installations for clients when required
  • Offer helpdesk support, including analyzing and resolving end-user concerns
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and desktop applications
  • Experience in installing, configuring, and managing a wide array of technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Relevant certifications are advantageous
  • Familiarity with a broad spectrum of technology installations and configurations
